How Credits Work:

Checking Real-Time Benefits per NDC checked utilizes 1 credit
Checking Pharmacy Eligibility utilizes 2 credits
Credits do not roll over to the next month
There is a credit counter visible at all times, so you always know where you stand

CHANGES

Changing/Cancelling:

Plans are flexible, so you can change plan levels as your Pharmacy needs change
Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
All plans require 30 days notice to cancel

CUSTOM

Custom Plans:

We can customize plans for multiple Pharmacies, large Pharmacy networks and high-volume accounts (see "Enterprise" plans).
